Scaling a digital platform and brand authority across hundreds of funeral homes.
- Context: Foundation Partners Group, a private funeral home operator with $300M revenue with locations in 21 U.S. states, needed a scalable digital presence to unify local brands and compete regionally.
- Role: As a consultant and then VP of Digital Operations & Growth, I led the launch of a new umbrella brand and website, and directed digital strategy, SEO, and content operations.
- Approach: Leverages Salesforce Commerce Cloud for nationwide scalability, rolled out advanced schema for GenAI search visibility, and leveraged AI tools for automation of multimedia content production.
- Impact: Grew domain rating from 0 to 66 in just 8 months, expanded search reach across 150 cities, and established a content engine that multiplied reach and engagement.
- What I Learned: Even in traditional industries, digital authority compounds quickly when strong technical infrastructure and AI-era strategies align with customer trust.
